Working with Monica was an awe inspiring experience. She is knowledgable, warm, and comforting in her approach, while helping you to better understand your positive and negative experiences and patterns in a new way. I learned so much about who I am, where I've come from, and the things I still need to learn and achieve in this lifetime, to grow and be my optimal self. We started out doing some talk therapy which is very insightful. Monica is able to process and work with you on a psychotherapy level which helped me understand what some of the deeper issues are.

The Reiki was a deep and full experience of mind, body and soul. I felt the energy flowing throughout my body for a couple days afterwards. I felt lighter, more awake and relaxed. I was one of the greatest experiences of my life.

I recommend Whole Tranquility and Monica for both talk therapy and a holistic approach to help guide and teach (if your new to this aspect like I was)
