(August 24, 2020, 11:44 am)We are entertainers, and have been performing at Chartwell St. Clair Beach for awhile now....Lea and her team are wonderful to work with...extremely accommodating and friendly.....the residents are absolutely outstanding!!! They are energetic, lively and full of life as they sing along and dance to our music!! It's easy to be happy in a top notch facility like this one....very clean, neat and tidy.....up to date...beautiful gardens and view...looking forward to coming back soon!

(June 18, 2020, 8:15 am)The beautiful facilities here are well maintained and very clean. In normal times my mom has really enjoyed the social activities during the 5 1/2 years she has lived here. The staff are wonderful, very caring and so friendly. In this pandemic we cannot say enough about how obviously hard the staff has worked to keep everyone safe and their efforts have paid off - we are so very, very grateful.

The staff here are so very caring and professional and go above and beyond at all times but especially during these difficult times. The facilities are just beautiful and it is a warm and friendly place to be. I'm happy this is the retirement home my mother chose as I know that she is happy and safe and that all her changing needs are being taken care of. I enjoy visiting here with her and with other residents and staff who are always helpful and welcoming.

I would be remiss not to mention the above and beyond care that she has received during this pandemic. Each and every staff member have raised the bar in taking care of our most precious loved ones. And I am extremely grateful.

It is a beautiful location, the staff are very courteous and professional and they have lots of entertainment and activities. Naturally during this pandemic visits have been restricted. However I know they are taking every measure to keep the residents safe. I appreciate all of their extra care at this unprecedented time.
