This guy is one of a kind. Our business relationship turned into a friendship that says it all. Olazo always goes above and beyond to make you a great product. I am excited about my next purchase with him. He also helped my business as I am self-employed and run a business across the street from him. He's very knowledgeable about 3D printers as he use them on daily basis to custom make jewelry. He does not outsource your request to somewhere else he actually designes it and makes it in front of your eyes. In one word he's a great jeweler not a salesperson who is trying to push sale.

I needed a ring cut off my finger as it was too small and was getting infected underneath. The owner opened his store for me in the middle of the pandemic and had it off on less than 5 minutes and refused to take any money. Next time i need anything to do with jewellery, this is where i am going.

He kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even put in extra hours to accommodate a special request that I had. I couldn't have asked for more.
