MD Connected Walk-In Clinic (Inside Rexall)

The staff were very friendly and informative! I came for a quick call with the docs in two separate days, the only real issue was the quality of the call. The sound quality was not very good and also echoed which made it difficult to have a conversation. Video lagged once or twice. Probably would make sense for the owners to upgrade the sound system and wifi since these meetings are purely virtual. As I said I went two days in a row and the experience was the same.

Me and my son waited about a half hour. Not too bad of a wait. Kind staff. Really nice and polite. Helpful and gentle manner with my 3 year old. I only rated 4 stars due to the speaker surround for the webcam while speaking to the doctor on the screen. That really should be addressed as some elderly may have a hard time hearing or language barriers could effect the appointment experience overall. All and all i was happy otherwise. Will use again

The service was great! Nice and caring nurse. But the quality of the FaceTime with the doctor not the greatest. But great experience in all!
