Brought in my sons bike in for a tuneup. He is so happy with how it rides now. He said it feels better than it did when it was new.

Visited this place today, met with Sam. Just had a small problem with my chain and he fixed it for free. I highly recommend this bike shop! Great customer service! In fact, this shop be the best in Windsor.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. I let the guys know what I was looking for and they happily set me up with a great bike and were very open to answer any questions I had.

I had some minor chain rub on the bike a week later. Called the shop and they were more than happy to take a look. The guys in the workshop tuned my bike and had me back on the road within 10 minutes. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentlemen's name, but to the dude that adjusted the gears on the KHS Vitamin B, thanks a bunch man!

Strongly recommend this place. Keep doing what you're doing.
