(August 24, 2021, 7:47 am)Want to give a shout out to the assistant manager there that helped me yesterday. I can't quite remember her name, but she was very nice, and helpful! I went in because my new glasses were bothering me. I did a second exam, and got the same result, so I had no idea why my glasses were hurting my head. She helps me, and tells me that it might be my new frame that I chose, because the shape is different. I Never would of thought of that making a difference! So I just got a new set of my old frames, and she made them with the new prescription, and Boom much better! I decided to try new frames, and Valuable lesson learnt. This was a perfect example of the phrase "if it isn't broke, Don't fix it" I will continue to get my current frames from now on as long as they are still being made.

For my first time with him, Dr Grout was very nice and actually corrected my prescription which was previously too strong. Gerald was also very helpful with getting the glasses I wanted and getting the right fit.

(August 7, 2021, 3:15 pm)They were very professional. Had my exam and my glasses all in about hour and a half. Will be returning for future eye needs. They are located at the Cincinnati outlet mall. It was great being able to do a little shopping and get lunch while I waited for my glasses to be ready! Highly recommend.

The process to pick out and frames and going over options for lenses was informative and clear throughout. Thank you for an excellent visit, looking forward to bringing my family next!!

They were so fantastic with my son (who is a very squirmy 5 year old), they were so patient with him and got him so excited to wear glasses for the first time. They were both so kind and wonderful. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!! Thank you ladies!
