NICOLE IS AMAZING!!!

I have no idea what “Iyad Alsasi” the person who reviewed this place prior to me is talking about.

She is the most kind hearted, loving soul. She is so empathetic that she said, “I heard the emergency in your voice “ Honestly if we had more people in the world like Nicole the world would be a better place.

She had an appointment and attended to me because my case was an emergency and had someone else take her appointment.

Her service was impeccable. She even helped me carry the materials out to my car. InspiAir is very lucky to have her as an employee, and honestly I believe she deserves a raise. Nicole is the definition of friendly and efficient.

My aunt was from out of town, and she needed oxygen ASAP. Nicole was so patient with me, she provided me with exactly what I needed, and explained it throughly.

Great loving person, and a great company to deal with, I would recommend this place every single time!

I have previously dealt with competitors of inspiaire and was never happy. I decided to try another company and found inspiaire.
It was the most pleasant experience I have experienced. What a difference it was from their competitor next door. I wasn’t rushed out the door and I didn’t feel uncomfortable like I was bothering them from interrupting them.
Sue was so helpful and went above and beyond I felt like it was a family member or a friend helping me out.
This is truly a professional company with customer care being the most important factor.

Susan was courteous, kind, with patience but professional. She did not rush my husband's testing. She explained everything my husband needed to know slowly and thoroughly and made sure he and I understood. We were treated respectfully. The service on the oxygen machine was quick and courteous. Couldn't ask for anyone better.

Excellent service. Needed a cpap machine and was able to get one and the accessories the same day. They trained me how to use it. Thanks

If I had to point one thing out is that the store is not clearly marked with signage and a bit hard to find. They do have a small sign on the sidewalk but it can't be seen from the parking lot.
