(March 29, 2019, 10:43 am)This is the best car dealership in Windsor. I have bought 3 vehicles. Their first time was a night mare. The last two have been from Cool Climate. I couldn't be happier. I bought a new car, it didn't have a jack or the pole for it. I called them, man looked around to see if it had been pulled when the car was cleaned or something. He didn't have it. He qent and bought me a brand new one and delivered it to me. He threw in a lubrico warranty as a gift. Cool Climate knows customer service, in fact, they emphasize it through out all of their interactions.
