We had an excellent experience with Bergeron. We brought in a painting to be framed with little knowledge of frames. The team particularly Laura, walked us through every step and guided us on what frames might suit the piece and the room it was going in. First class service and end product.

Amazing attention to detail! Very helpful and thorough, I will definitely be back. I had an issue with my framed picture from a different framer and they were extremely helpful in fixing it and explaining every step of the process.

I don’t believe you will find anywhere in the Windsor area people who are more capable, patient, caring, and who pay attention to the smallest detail, than Pete and Laura at Bergeron Art & Frame Shop.

I have just dealt with Laura for the first time and can’t praise her enough for the unique piece she created for myself and family that contains a collage of my father’s WW2 service. The work she did is amazing.

For any kind of artistic framing, I really encourage you to make them your first stop.

I’m giving five stars even though I’ve never had any framing done here but I don’t want a review with respect to their store hours to reflect negatively on the work that they do. I had some artwork that needed to be framed and I was so disappointed when I drove all the way down to their store only to find out that they were closed for Thanksgiving Saturday. I get it, but in the future it would be a good idea to change your store hours on Google and Facebook. It’s not difficult to do. It was only when I scrolled down into your posts on Facebook that I saw that you were closed today. Just frustrating.
