We used Portable Storage for our move and it was the best decision. Storage container was immaculate and service for pickup and drop off was great. The gentlemen who picked up the bin to move it was very friendly and made sure it went we we wanted it. I would recommend to all.

Portable Storage took all the worry out of storing our household items for a renovation. Always friendly, on time and helpful. I had thought that I had not bolted one of the doors of our bin and Jake went to the trouble to take a pic and text it to me to show me that in fact all locks were tightly secured. A massive relief. The bin was clean and dry and all items were in perfect condition after dropping it back off to us thanks to the no tip way they load and off load. Also, best price in the city and admirable in that I didn't even have to call for my refund at the end of the rental, it was automatically applied to my card (we returned our bin before the end of the month).

This made my move so easy by loading it in my own time as needed, helped to stage the house too. Jake is so great with customer service, a very nice guy and does his job very well, even in tight spaces.
