I can hardly believe there are only three reviews of this place. This is a hidden gem among hidden gems. It’s an absolute must for anyone into mindfulness or on a conscious spiritual path. The yoga (Sivananda) is traditional and wonderful. The spiritual gatherings are full of love and very high vibration. The community is so loving and welcoming it is easy to feel right at home here. I haven’t experienced any healing sessions yet but I hear they’re incredible.
If I lived in Windsor I’d be here all the time!

Cave of the Heart is the perfect place to rejuvenate & relax yourself. I had the pleasure of getting a hot stone massage,it was an hour of sheer bliss. From the moment i walked thru the door,i knew i was going to have a positive experience. Nancy was professional, courteous and made me feel very welcomed. Kerrie was amazing with her phenomenal massage. I highly recommend Cave of the Heart to others,you will truly be impression!😊
