(April 4, 2020, 4:21 pm)Had to have a tenant's drier repaired, they took care of the communication with them with respect scheduling time to repair. Board on the dryer was fried, and in current climate a new board was unavailable, they repaired it and installed. Good value and service. Would recommend!

(February 27, 2020, 12:58 pm)Had to wait a bit for my appt as they were booked 3 weeks ahead. Emmett arrived shortly after my appt window started, did not mind my dogs, was friendly and personable. We both started w zero knowledge as to what the issue was, but he worked through in a methodical manner and took his time waiting through the whole dishwasher cycle. Resolved my issue and I am using my dishwasher instead of washing a gazillion dishes a day and battling w my son on what counts as clean. Highly recommend and will use again
