“Top notch hidden gem. I have been buying flour from here for years. Great people to deal with. A local family business. The flour is stone ground at lower temperatures. I make sourdough, flat bread, pasta, cakes etc. with their products. Chickpea flour, red hard and white soft wheat, spelt, durum, corn, and coconut (there's a couple more that I'm missing). High quality, great value for the money, and you get to support a local business.”

“I called them 4 minutes before they closed, and spoke with Jerry, asking him if there was any way he can leave a pressure valve for me next door at the convenience store, and I would send my wife with money the next day to pay for it, as I had to work the next 3 days from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. and needed the pressure valve to be able to put the opening chemicals into my pool that night. He told me that that would be fine, and then I asked if there was any way I could leave the money for him and he said that I could just put it in the mail slot through the front door of the store when I arrived. He gave me a great price on the pressure gauge, but I left $20 in the mail slot as a thank you for his outstanding service. I have never even been in that store before, and I live in a different town, but Jerry did an outstanding job and I would definitely shop there again, and hopefully will one day get to meet Jerry and shake his hand and say thank you again for what he did.”

“I got the gluten free vegan strawberry cake and the texture is the best vegan cake texture I’ve had out of all Ontario. It has a light sponge texture as opposed to being really dense and wet. The sweetness is spot-on. I was able to eat a whole slice without getting sick of the sugar. I sort of wish the icing was more like buttercream but it reminded me a lot of cool whip. I also wouldn’t mind even MORE strawberry flavour🥰 maybe another layer in the cake or a layer of strawberry compote instead.”

“Darko is simply the best!! I took my Hermle mantle clock in to him two weeks ago as it had not been working for several years. I had previously been to another clock repair shop and they were going to replace the quartz movement at a cost of almost $ 200. He recommended fixing the existing movement, since he had seen this same defect many times before AND he said the newer quartz movements did not have the same sound quality or volume as my existing one. He only charged me $ 100!! PLUS he said he would give me a 2 year warranty on the repair!! His honesty, knowledge, and integrity in this field is second to none. He also thoroughly explained the specific issue with my clock and how he would fix it, in advance. I have my clock back now and it is working and keeping time perfectly!! He is the guy I will go to for any future clock or watch issues.”
