There was no hassle to get started, the vibe was very relaxing and the receptionist was genuine and kind. The facilities were clean and well stocked with things you will need. Though the option was there to leave the light on or the pod open, I opted for the sensory deprivation experience and it was amazing!! “This is the best retreat ground that I had ever experience. The view of Lake Erie is breathtaking and the rooms are in fantastic shape with full linen provided and the suites are fantastic. The conference rooms are beneficial with lots of room for 40 people and more. The meals were great and loved breakfast and the meatloaf I had for dinner. The Chapel is spacious and I loved the special wooden carvings. There were many places to reflect with chairs, benches and gazebo on the property and as well on the beach. Friendly staff and great service. A quiet and spiritual place to go to and a must see.”

I joined the Howe Fit at Home online community back in May for a Shred for Summer program and it has been one of the best choices I have made. I had a meal plan custom created for me and my trainer was flexible in making changes whenever I needed them. There are a variety of live classes daily as well as recorded options to choose from to help fit your schedule. Amy and the other trainers online create classes that are challenging, fun, and accommodate a variety of fitness levels. There is something for everyone!”
