“I like the company and what not and this location, but I'm irate because they didn't update their hours. My sister might have something seriously wrong and I would have left work early if I knew that they weren't open late. Time is important, but not ER important... Especially because everything is going on lockdown because of the pandemic. Management obviously fell through updating Google and the walk in clinic on the other side. Bad show.”

“I always have great experiences here. Staff is always super friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and honest. When I accidentally overpaid for my items and left the store, I was immediately contacted that evening and asked to review my receipt. Because of the staff’s diligence with reviewing purchases when closing the till at night, this error was caught. I received my money back promptly AND they were beyond sweet to surprise me with a gift certificate on top of that, (which was not necessary, but so appreciated!). I am truly grateful and thankful to you Dawn especially, but also all the staff and owners at this Pure Nature store.”

Only reason this places does not get 5 stars is because the slushy machines are usually broken which sucks during the hot summers when you just want to grab a froster and walk around the beach.”

It is such a fun and caring environment where I learn new movements, different ways to push my body, and make new friends. All while feeling great and having a better mental health. “Came here for my booster. It took forever, but I was happy that I waited. They had a snag where they did not have me down for the booster. She asked did I have the right place. I showed her on my phone and it was the correct place. The nurse was super friendly and apologized for the wait. We love that this store has more healthy food/snack options vs. the other CVS stores. Had to return an item to another store and the mang said he never saw the item. He informed us they have more unique healthy items as compared to his store and other locations. That was nice to know and made us appreciate this CVS even more! They are in a nice and safe shopping center. Parking is spacious. We love their late hours as well.”

“Went in this week as my lease was coming up on my current vehicle. When dealing with the salesman Mike, he said that I would be able to pick up my new vehicle in 2 days (on a Friday) as I was heading out of town for a while due to school and I thought that it was amazing for him to have this set up for 2 days after signing the deal. After talking to finance, Lisa said that it might take a little linger because of the new leasing company, but she would try her best to make it happen if not we would have to set up a different pick-up date. Fortunately everything worked out in our favour and I was able to pick up on the Friday. I want to thank both Mike and Lisa for the amazing service they provided me in this transition. Will continue doing business here!”
