The small group training feels like personal training, which is amazing. I love that a routine is set up each day to maximize my time there and to ensure that I receive a complete workout. I am never standing around wondering what to do. The group classes are my favourite because of the variety. Every class is planned out and you can tell that a lot of time, thought and consideration was put into this. No matter what I do at this gym I always leave sweaty and feeling I have accomplished something good. I always feel encouraged when coming to PURE whether from the trainer or the other members. “I’ve been bringing my Mother-in-law to Dr. Bernyk for the last year or so. I find Jane who is the one that takes your calls and does more than calls very friendly and helpful. Does what she can to accommodate. Serena, the nurse is the most bubbly, happy go lucky young lady a doctor could hire. She is compassionate, caring, smart, helpful, professional. As for Dr. Bernyk, he is a God send, we couldn’t have a doctor better. He has been great in so many ways. Very thankful we have them.”

“My grandma moved here about 1 month ago from 4 hours away and she was very nervous to move to a “big city” after living somewhere so small for her entire life. Everyone here has been so helpful and welcoming to her and she constantly tells me how much she loves it. She says the food is amazing and she loves to do the exercise classes in the mornings and play bingo on Mondays and Fridays. There are so many activities she can participate in and day trips she can go on if she chooses. She also says all the residents are very nice and everyone says hi to one another. Overall, she is extremely happy here and I feel great knowing she’s somewhere that’s safe and the staff care about her.”
