After receiving some outrageous quotes from competitors I was so thrilled when Maybelle came back with an amount that fit our budget and allowed for the finishing touches that we have come to love. “This is one of the BEST stores around. I needed a fitting for my garden hose. Parking was ample, walked in the store and quickly found the exact item I was looking for in a clearly identified section that make sense. This item was under "seasonal equipment", Item was properly displayed, not mixed with other stock and the price was right (the same as other stores). Selected my item, walked 20 feet to a smiling cashier, cashed out immediately. Grand total 3-4 minutes in this store. I did not have to do excessive walking in this store trying to find the item or excessive walking back to the cashier, not to mention excessive parking lot walking. Highly recommended for seniors!!”

“Best experience I've ever had with any contractor! I had an issue with my concrete steps eroding & crumbling. I chose to go with DC out of 3 different companies, partly because of the great reviews online but mostly because I liked the way Doug explained what could be done to fix it & the reasonable price for the job. His guy Butch did the work & he was very easy to deal with as well. There was a small cosmetic issue during the repair that I brought to Doug's attention, he addressed it quickly & made it right! When the work was done, before issuing the invoice, Doug emailed me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. It's obvious these guys take pride in the work they do & Doug cares about his customers. This was a relatively small job but I was never made to feel irrelevant or unimportant. Very professional! I highly recommend this company!”

“We ended up leaving Lake Minden RV Resort a night earlier than expected. Here's why... The campground was very nice though: big spaces, far from the freeway, clean bathrooms, etc... However, the lake was closed to everyone except the jet boats while we were there. The temperature was over 100*. It was a disappointment to be thought of as not as valuable as the jet boats. I understand that it is a safety is, however, I wonder: did we not pay the same rate as the jet boats? Moral of the story? Ask if ANYTHING is closed while you are going to stay there. Maybe ask for a discount if your purchase is not going to include the full slate of amenities advertised.”

“replying to the post by Trevor Mulder. I know the story of this incident and it is not as he has been explained. Yes, the wrong size was ordered and it was not realized by his family member until it was partially or completely on. Interesting, since he was installing it himself. He was offered a full refund by returning the siding. He refused to removed the siding, but instead insisted on a full refund. He was offered a 5% refund on his siding order of 600$, but refused that as well. The owner of the store even went to his house to see. He continues to state there was no compensation or acknowledgement of responsibility for a wrong order, which is incorrect. He continued to return demanding a full refund and it was repeatedly stated he could have one, if he returned the siding. He had purchased other items at the store as well.”
