Inspection revealed it was a very serious situation and Lou did not want her driving on the highway (work commute). Despite parts needing to come from out of town, Lou put a rush on the order and also shifted his schedule to allow for a same day repair. Much appreciated, Lou!
I was also pleased to see that there were two women employed in the garage.
