Therapeutic Fitness and Wellness Centre

I was struggling with weight gain and I wanted to get back in shape but wasn't comfortable working out in a busy gym with people I don't know. I gave Joy's fitness and wellness centre a shot, best decision I've made. Joy gave me my confidence back by setting goals with me and making sure that I can achieve them. I lots 15 pounds throughout my journey. As much as my goal was to loose weight it was also to get my mental health on the right path. Being around such a positive influencer and welcoming environment made me feel safe, supported and happy. For the first time in a while I felt proud of myself and could tell I was in a better place mentally and physically. Don't hesitate to go see Joy she will welcome you with open arms!

I truly cannot say enough about Joy!!! She is absolutely amazing!!! I started going to Therapeutic Health & Wellness approximately 4 years ago and have loved every minute of it. The workouts are amazing!!! Joy motivates you to push yourself and "feel good for the day". I love that she makes you accountable by staying on top of your measurements and meal plan. I honestly feel blessed to have Joy as my trainer. She has impacted my life in many ways. I will always be grateful. Not only have I found the BEST trainer, I've also made a beautiful friend. I promise you will not regret giving her a shot. Go for it!!

If you really want to get the most out of your workouts, this little boutique gym is a great place. The improvement in your health and fitness levels can have long-term payment in quality of life.

With that said, my entire family works out and we love the services that Joy provides us. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated but Joy has really kept us moving. She is professional yet kind, patient and understanding.

Most of all her cheerful attitude makes the training time go quickly.
