Dr. Pampena is an extremely insightful and personable dentist. He has resolved a variety of issues for me from fillings to tmj treatments with a high level of detail and care. His staff is incredibly friendly, and my regular hygienist--Ashley--is fantastic, thorough, and very gentile. Best office in Niagara!

Had a hairline crack in a front tooth and it finally broke off. I was able to get a same day appt and Dr. Pampena was able to reattach the tooth after explaining my options. I find he's very competent and caring. Mackenzie at the front desk was also very helpful as was Sandra the dental assistant.

The Pines Dental Office is an exceptional clinic. Dr Pampena is very knowledgeable, attentive and kind. I have had both major and minor work completed in the past with great success. The facility is state-of-the-art with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. The Pines Dental can actually make new crowns, along with other solutions, for you right at the office on the very same day...Genius! My 3 year old daughter also enjoys her visits, she looks forward to it. He is great with children. You will be in good hands!!!!
