  My husband and I have been living here for almost 10 years and we love it. The managers make sure everything here stays nice, clean, and new; both in the buildings/units and the outside property. We have a nice outdoor sitting area with a barbecue for get-togethers. (We have community parties a few times a year). There is a big community garden. The units are really nice, with brand new appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher), brand new carpeting and freshly painted when you move in. We recently got upgraded new toilets and showers. They upgraded all of the windows and sliding patio doors a couple of years ago, and freshly painted/finished our balconies and the siding of the building around the same time. I mention these things because it shows how they are really great at upkeeping the building and property. They fix anything you need fixed right away. And it's so quiet here, since the walls separating units and floors are cement. You don't hear all the noise you would at other places. In fact, they're pet-friendly here, with lots of different dogs around but you never even hear dogs barking inside! And that it is a pet-friendly complex is a HUGE plus. There are lots of friendly people here, and you especially get to meet them while they are out walking their pups:).
  Last but not least, the price here is very reasonable compared to other places this nice, and it's all-inclusive! Laundry on site in each building is another amazing feature. A common room with books and couches. And again, excellent managers who actually care about the tenants and keep this place running smoothly:)

  Moved in in March 2018.
  New flooring,counter tops,appliances,painted & blinds as promised. Building is very well maintained by our property managers. Gardeners take care of landscaping. Work orders are fulfilled promptly. Can't say anything but good about High Street Apartments ??

  My Husband, son and I lived in one of the 2 bedroom, 2 floor apartments for a few ywars. This is absolutely the best place that we have rented. Very friendly complex that is well maintained and the superintendents are magnificent. Highly recommended. Unfortunately we moved closer to my work or I would have never left.

  Great place to live. Close to schools, library and park. Great management team. Property is always very clean and well maintained.

  High st apartments are very clean, beautiful landscaping. I think its the nicest apartment in Fort Erie by fair and I would recommend this place to anyone.
