(December 7, 2022, 11:11 pm)I placed an online order and upon arrival I followed the signs for self serve pickup, and was met by a helpful employee who directed me to the front desk. After waiting in a short line, the nice employee made an announcement for anyone else picking up an online order to come up so she could scan their barcode. She walked to the self serve pickup location and returned with several online orders. This doesn’t appear to be a good system for employees or customers.
