Outstanding quality of service. Couldn't be happier with my decision to try them out from word of mouth. They exceed my expectations in every way. (I have one very unique dog that is terrified of vets or scrubs from awful previous experiences elsewhere.) They were able to accommodate in a way that made it seem like a trip to the dog Park. Thrilled with their approach and results. If you're looking for a new vet, i couldn't recommend them enough.

Tiger and I have been clients of Grimsby Animal Hospital for 13 years and Tiger has been cared for by all of the amazing veterinarians and assistants who are devoted to the care of our furry companions. Tiger had a couple of surgeries, routine yearly vaccinations, check-ups, lab work, dietary guidance over the years, and has always been treated with the utmost care and diligence by the staff. The doctors have integrity and are compassionate in their care and services provided for our pets and
and work cooperatively with the clients for the well-being of the animals and client assurance.

What a fantastic clinic! The team is phenomenal, and so amazing with our fur babies. We have had cats, bunnies, and dogs at the clinic for the last few years. Currently our American Eskimo, Piper, and our miniature dachshund, Ruby, are patients.

A particular shout out to the team for the care our cats received. I know that from the care that Molly and Coco received we gained extra (good quality) time with them which based on their health situations, was not a given. Even though they have passed away, they were so well taken care of by the team, and our family is so grateful for the bonus time.

Our family had a lovely experience here working with Dr. Gough and the wonderful vet techs, of which we worked with Nikki the most. Our sweet cat Marshall developed diabetes and ultimately kidney disease, and both of these conditions were managed very well by the team. They were very pet-centred and focused on comfort and goals of care/quality of life. I would definitely recommend this vet to anyone! I was also able to get same-day or next-day appointments very easily.

Dr. Peters is the best small animal vet out there who genuinely cares about your pets. No question is unanswered and after appointment check ins are always a thing. Our Guinea pigs are well looked after and the visits are easy with very friendly staff! So glad we found them!
