  We Had an Amazing experience With Ryan. Me and my Wife and 18 month old daughter went to Hamburg Honda to look at a Caravan. Ryan was very Transparent and Helpful rate from the start. He was very patient and great with my daughter understanding you have to keep the kids entertained too. His professionalism made me and family comfortable making the purchase and we absolutely love our van. I would definitely recommend Ryan to to friends and family.

  I usually do not enjoy purchasing vehicles because I always feel pressured and I just simply do not like car sales men… BUT we dealt with Ryan and he was absolutely AMAZING!! I did not feel any pressure, he was super honest and he was so kind to our child (he even brought her toys to keep her busy) Ryan went above and beyond for us - we are so thankful and would 10/10 recommend you deal with Ryan for purchasing a vehicle! Thank you for everything Ryan !!!!

  I have recently looked into purchasing accessories for my 2020 Honda Pilot and called Hamburg to ensure their able to get the parts. I have managed to connect with Charlie their parts manager and he was absolutely amazing.
  
  I love their customer service at this dealership.
  
  Charlie took his time to ensure I had the best experience, and I did.
  
  Upon pickup, I inspected their work and it was exactly I had thought it would be. I love my Pilot and I love Hamburg Honda.
  
  I recommend this place for all of your Honda service needs.

  **Update** June 2022
  
  After sometime I have been experiencing issues with my side welcome lights. They were randomly shutting on and off or just go out completely.
  
  I spoke with Charlie, Clint and Honda Canada regarding my issues and they were more than understanding. As a matter of fact they went above and beyond to ensure I stayed happy with Honda and Hamburg.
  
  I replaced the lights with the floor board and added roof racks. I am extremely happy with the outcome.
  
  Thanks again Charlie, Clint and Honda for your outstanding customer service. I will always buy Honda at Hamburg. #HondaFamily
