Chris Kitchen is extremely knowledgeable and is passionate about what he does. When he assesses your situation he is thorough and employs the latest technology and medical science. It is like getting treated by someone who is a medical doctor, a physiotherapist and foot specialist all wrapped into one person. We are very fortunate to have his services here in Niagara.

My orthopaedic surgeon recommended this place to me because of my inflamed Achilles tendon - which had caused a noticeable bump just above the heel on the back of both feet - plus a fair bit of constant pain. I was worried that my days as a 65 year old recreational 5k runner were over ☹️ - I had tried everything from stretches, to physio, to various braces and compression socks. The only things that really worked was my tens machine - which I used for hours and hours to stimulate and soften the bump so I could massage it - and the excellent orthotics that I got from this place. The orthotics weren’t cheap (about $500) but my health insurance paid for most of it - and my feet no longer hurt - and I am able to run again. AND it has cleared up some other problems i was having with my knees and hips. 😀. That makes perfect sense to me NOW 🧐 - it was like I was driving a car with unbalanced tires! 😳 I wish I had gotten the orthotics years ago. I really do. I could have spared myself a lot of wear and tear as well as a lot of pain. Excellent service, well made orthotics and a very happy custom. I am going to get a second pair from here soon. Would I recommend this business? Heck YES!
