Jeremy run a safe, inclusive program that teaches our kids more then just karate techniques. He teaches the kids kindness, patience, and self of steam. The gym is very clean and well organized. We even take the adult fitness class and have fun learning different techniques and safe form of exercises we can do at home.

The Staff here are dedicated to a well-rounded martial arts instruction. They train hard themselves and encourage their students to work toward their fitness and martial arts goals actively. There is also and element of encouraging each student to do their best when outside of the dojo as well, in school, play, and other aspects of life. This is a warm and friendly atmosphere with a fun-loving approach to Martial Arts and training.

UFMA is the premiere academy in the Niagara region. Studying here under Sensei Jermey over the past 10+ years has been a great life experience. I cannot wait for my daughter to turn 3 to turn into a little dragon member.

As a family we looked at several Dojo's before attending UFMA Niagara, the staff made you feel like family as well as the advanced bet students towards the new students. Wouldn't recommend anyone else :)
