“A 98 year old friend was brought in by ambulance. The emergency staff was amazing even though it was insanely busy there. Everyone I had contact with was very helpful. The nurse on duty was attentive and compassionate. She treated her patients with care and concern while giving them the dignity they need. I was so impressed by this young health care professional. I’m not sure of her name, I think it begins with Dom. I must also mention the Doctor. He too was exceptional. These hard working diligent care givers deserve our respect and gratitude. Kudos to GNGH.”

“The place was quiet and serene. Clean. I had originally requested for Rachel for massage and cupping. However, she was not able to come in and subbed Samantha for me at a later time. Samantha was very professional. She helped me ease some of my tense shoulders and neck and also suggested some yoga exercises for stretching. Minimal communication which I love and only asked questions when needed.”

“Stayed 1 Friday night a couple weeks ago and had a fantastic time! Lin & Jin were tremendous hosts. Friendly and hospitable. The place is beautiful and charming and our room was lovely and well furnished. It is right across from the water and very close to downtown Niagara Falls. And the breakfast was delicious and not your average offering. Our stay was short and last minute, but we will definitely return sometime for a longer stay! Highly recommended.”

“Going to the eye doctors...any place really...during COVID is a bit of a worry, but Dr Neil Merritt & his whole staff did a wonderful job of making me feel safe for the entire appointment. The only allow 1 patient in the office per hour and encourage hand sanitizing. They ask all the health questions, take your temperature, masks (of course) and they practice distancing as much as possible. While waiting for your dilating eye drops to kick in, they have a dedicated and experienced staff member give you personal assistance in choosing what kinds of frames might be best for you (sanitizing the frames after touching) and give you prices that include the lens, extras, and frames (so no sticker shock). They are all very professional and friendly, down to earth and caring people. I was very glad to have gone to have my eye health assessed and to get my new eyeglass prescription. Congratulations to Dr. Merritt and his entire team for doing such a great job during such difficult circumstances.”

“This was just a shot in the dark with all the choices of motels here.. This is a great motel! I needed 2 rooms for our crew. No problem.. clean, modern establishment.. there's 2 levels of rooms. A parking spot per. Really cool thing i enjoyed was there pavilion that was lighted.. BBQ 's with picnic tables that was free to use for guest's.. very friendly owners happy to help..”

“These guys are amazing! I booked an outdoor hatha yoga session for my friend’s bachelorette party, and they went above and beyond. They were so accommodating by booking us a separate instructor for our own private class! They even put out feather boas for us all and a bride to be tiara for the bride! Very thoughtful. The yoga was very relaxing with our instructor Duane who was also awesome. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to do yoga in the niagara falls area!
