Service was incredible. The sales associate was super chill, very helpful and made sure I walked out with the coat best suited for me. Prices are incredibly cheap compared to other retailers. Would strongly recommend checking the store out if your looking for a quality winter jacket for a good price.

Phoebe is the most patient and friendly SA I have ever seen. Every time I buy something, there is a very good packaging. She also patiently explained the price and style to me during the shopping process. I need her every time when I enter the store！

Excellent customer service! Was assisted by a girl named Evelyn. Showed me a variety of options and was very patient. Ended up finding the perfect bomber jacket. Looking forward to using it in the Winter! Definitely recommend!
