Quadra recently had the pleasure of hosting our annual week-long Commercial Conference at White Oaks in November.
270 people over a 5-day period. Difficult to execute? Anywhere else, yes. At White Oaks… to say it was a success is an understatement, everything was over and above our expectations.
Our attendees are still raving about this event, it truly is the best we have ever held. The meeting spaces and conference/banquet rooms (including Exhibit Hall) are spacious and bright, the guest rooms are modern and impeccably clean. And….the food!!! The quality, the variety, the creativity, and the flexibility = all fabulous! The service is exceptional, every team member is so friendly and attentive, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our event went off flawlessly.
The White Oaks professionalism made it easy to execute an event of this scale, the level of detail and care in planning from A-Z is remarkable (special thanks to Traci and Tina). We had hosted other smaller events throughout the year at White Oaks, and the level of service and attention to detail is consistent no matter what the size or scope of event. It’s truly a pleasure to return to this wonderful venue, and we look forward to planning our next event very soon!
I love having a reason to come to White Oaks, this year we booked a conference room for a team building half day for work. Room had all amenities we needed and was comfortable. Breakfast and coffee station was well stocked and staff were very friendly and professional.
Lunch was in a dining room I had never been to before, so it was nice to see. Beautiful decor and good option son the buffet. Parking was included, thank you.
I would highly recommend workplaces book a room for a team building day!!!
We recently hosted our annual business meeting at White Oaks and were very happy overall with the experience. The hotel rooms were comfortable, the meeting room was spacious and well-equipped, and the breakout areas were tidy and well-stocked. A member of staff was almost constantly available for any requests we had. The size of the resort meant that even after several days there were still new areas to discover, and the breakfast and lunch buffets were notable for both their quality and variety. We look forward to returning!
Our company used White Oaks for our corporate Christmas party and everything was above and beyond our expectations. Our contact, Matt Lyon, was so helpful and made sure our event was perfect down to the smallest of details. Everyone commented on how fabulous of a night it was.
We had food stations for our dinner and each station exceeded expectations. It was all delicious and replenished quickly!
The whole team was a great help with set up and making sure all of our items were ready and available for us to set up.
I would definitely recommend considering White Oaks for your next event - I would give them ten stars if I could!
