I started working out at Tyves in January 2016. I had no upper body strength, my stamina was very low, and lifting weights was foreign to me. Tyves not only helped me achieve my physical goals, it also help me to change my lifestyle. I started to become much more healthy. Along with quick physical results that I saw within the first three weeks of attending sessions, I also gained confidence. I have struggled with depression and anxiety all my life, being physically active has helped with this so much. I have a wonderful mentor, Master Badri, whom I look up to, respect and admire. She has taught me so much. I highly highly recommend this gym. I am a completely different person both physically and mentally and I am very happy with my results ! Tyves is awesome!
