  There are no words to describe the way I feel about doc Bak! I have been with this guy for many years, I simply adore, trust, respect and think the world of this man ! I can’t imagine how busy he is and overwhelmed he can be at times, but he always always takes time with me. ♥️ Thank you for all you do always and Liz at the desk well that girl ….. rocks

  We have been with Dr.Bak since he opened his private practice and we absolutely adore him. He is amazing with our daughters… he’s is one of the only doctors around that have ever in my experience called on a holiday to check in after my husband was very sick. Yes he can be brutally honest… but he is the first to act when you need him and he will refer you if needed and actually follow up! We are very lucky to have him as our GP!!!

  Dr Bak takes the time to form a relationship with his patients. He is extremely thorough and professional. He takes time to listen and I never feel rushed through an appointment. I must add, although not really relevant, that his amazing sense of humour makes me laugh at each visit and going to the see the doctor no longer feels like a chore. So grateful to have such an amazing doctor!

  I see Dr Grant yesterday. He is GREAT doctor! Compassionate and knowledgeable. Haven’t seen a dr like this in a long time.
  I honestly felt like I was taken care of and was on my way to getting better after seeing him.

  I will first start off by saying that I have never received such high quality care at any other medical center across Canada.
  
  This medical center is not always open on Saturdays, however they were today. I called at 10:45am and booked an appointment for 11:15am. When I walked in, the receptionist was very friendly and immediately placed me into an examination room. Not 10 minutes later, the doctor walked in.
  
  Now, I have gone to walk-in clinics and GPs with similar concerns, but Dr. Grant had a totally different sense of care and knowledge than I have experienced at any other clinic. He was very thorough in his questioning and examination, and immediately recommended next steps for me that has put my mind at ease. Finally I feel that I will have my issues resolved properly, and if not then I will be happy knowing which possibilities will be ruled out.
  
  I highly recommend this clinic for its professionalism, cleanliness, and high quality service with a smile.
