Has been my family physician almost since her arrival from another province. She’s great and a great diagnostician.
It’s been so nice not to have to make an appointment for small things that can be done over the phone. I sure hope Ontario Health continues phone visits once Covid is minimalized or gone. FaceTime or Messenger would also be a little nicer than just phone calls.
Ada, her receptionist is wonderful. If you’re having a bad day, she most certainly can make you feel better! You get 5 stars too!

Absolute fantastic doctor, wait times are short (weekly needle is 10 minutes in and out.) Dr rawoof is very thorough, compassionate, and caring she found issues with a family member that most doctors would have looked past. Her receptionist is the sweetest lady and very efficient. One of the best doctors in Niagara region!
