  In March we lost our daughter and went to Passfield's Mortuary Services and Sarah was so helpful and kind. She gave us lots of useful information and my wife contacted her several times for guidance and she was there for us every step of the way. We appreciate the great service we received. We would highly recommend them for your loved ones.

  I've seen a number of not so great reviews for Passfield and wanted to make sure I left my 2 cents.
  
  I have dealt with this company twice within the last 12 months, and both times I have had a comforting and pleasant experience. We were helped with the planning in advance of my mother's passing, and in the much more sudden passing of my father they were there for my sister's and I. We were at a loss and unsure of what to do, but we're given help, advice and ultimately a cremation for my father as well. I enjoyed that it was not a rigid, sterile environment and we were able to laugh and smile with Mr. Passfield even in our toughest of moments.
  
  Dealing with Passfield was affordable and almost like a family member helping us through our difficult times - I would recommend to anyone looking for a non traditional funeral for a loved one.

  After reading multiple negative comments on this Google business listing, I decided to leave mine regarding Passfield Mortuary Services.
  As I worked in Palliative Care (end of life care) for the past 20 years, I am familiar with what it means to loose a loved one and the pain and process of grieving that a family lives through. My Mother passed, than my Dad and ricently we lost another member of our family. Someone may say "it is part of life", but it's painful. To be able to work in his field, Mr. Passfield not only had to educate himself but be sensitive and compassionate in meeting the needs of many families from different backgrounds going through difficult times. I am glad we always counted on their services

  These people where *amazing* when it came to handling my Mom's cremation. They helped us save money and time for a normally very expensive funeral service. They had our best intentions at heart, and the cost was much, much less expensive than other funeral businesses. They where also so very kind, genuinely, at such a difficult time. I highly recommend them.
