I had my first visit with Dr. Kapoor last night. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met!! She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I did not feel rushed during the appointment and felt she was very thorough. I had no intention on buying glasses, but changed my mind at the end of the appointment as I clearly needed a pair. Dr. Kapoor and her wonderful receptionist took their time with me choosing frames and were honest about how they looked on my face. I did not feel that they were trying to sell me the most expensive pair in the shop. I was given many options for frames and lenses with no pressure whatsoever. I cannot wait to get my new glasses!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kapoor. She has been my Optometrist for years. She is extremely knowledgeable and addresses all my concerns at every appointment. She is kind, considerate and polite. It is hard for me to book appointments Monday-Friday, as I have as busy work schedule. However, she is also available Saturdays and that works great for me. I appreciate that she has flexible hours to accommodate patients like me. There is no wait time and her appointment time is very accurate. I also love her selection of glasses. There is a large variety and the prices are reasonable.

My first point of contact is Victoria. I call Victoria to schedule an appointment. It is an absolute pleasure to deal with her! She is quick to answer my call, schedule the appointment and answer any questions I may have. It is great to see her greet me with a smile every time I walk into the practice. She is always happy, polite and helpful.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Kapoor and Victoria. They work very well together and I look forward seeing them every year.

I met Dr. Kapoor for the first time today for an eye checkup. The whole experience was wonderful from the time I walked in the front door and spoke with Victoria to meeting Anjali. Both were very professional and easy to talk with. Dr. Kapoor answered all of my questions regarding my eyesight and how eyes change with age. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire eye exam.
