I first met Sharlene at a yoga mini retreat in Fonthill. It was there that we were introduced to the nature of her work and where we sampled some of her delicious treats. From there I signed up for an 8 week detox program. I again had the pleasure of meeting up with Sharlene at an event with my daughter. It was yoga, wine tasting and hike at Caves Spring winery. After that my interest in one of her specialty programs was peaked , The Metabolic Balance. I have to say that from the first time I met Sharlene I just felt an instant connection. I could sense her passion and dedication to women’s health and the importance of supporting them on their journey no matter what path they were on. I find that Sharlene is very caring and committed to providing the best resources available to help you succeed. She is honest, understanding and knows how to help us attain our goals with the right amount of push.
