Highly recommend these guys! The owner Alicia, has a very good and reputable shop running under her. Her head tech Matt, helped me figure out what my car needed. So very helpful. And their other technician micheal. Got the work done to my car in no time! If you ever need anything done or questions about your vehicle, I strongly recommend Alicia and her team at premium auto care.

We arrived next door to rent a car and the car rental was not ready. As we were waiting outside in the cold, we were invited inside by Premium Care Auto Centre. While inside, they provided excellent customer service. We were given cold water and they even attempted to contact the other business owner. 10 out of 10 recommend as they made sure we were taken care of !

I took advantage of the brake special which I don't even know of any auto shops who offer specials anymore?! Alicia was kind enough meet me at the shop before they opened so she could get me to work by 8am, and she picked my up when I was finished working. Her and Matt took great care of my car and even answered questions about it that I had since I bought it. They went over and above the care you would expect at an auto shop. Thank you both !!

My spark plugs needed replacing as my car as it was not working correctly, and I was afraid to drive it …I had called at the last minute to get my car fixed.
Alicia had an appointment for me right away, and fixed it under an hour.
They are not only professional but extremely helpful.
As I was there, a gentleman came in, in a panic as his car was stranded at the top of the hill on Merritt st. (Out of gas) Alicia, drove the gentleman to a gas station with a gas container and took him back to his car.
