This was my first experience with a storage unit. CubeSmart location was near my home. Jennifer at the front desk who helped reserve the appropriate unit is amazing! She is friendly, knowledgeable and could not be more helpful. Exactly what any company would want from their customer facing staff. I will highly recommend CubeSmart to all of my clients who inquire about storage needs. Thank you Jennifer & CubeSmart!

We are 100 % happy with our new sofa! Not knowing the area well at the time, we found Dunn's because they were the only place that could get the sofa we wanted. Their selection is amazing! Now that we are more familiar, we are so glad to have selected Dunn's for our sofa. During these difficult covid-times, arrival did take some time, but Dunn's was amazing to kindly keep our eye on the prize. Our sofa was delivered today and looks even better than I remember. As well, everyone was professional and great during the delivery. We most certainly didn't feel like "just another customer," rather that they enjoyed providing the sofa as much as we enjoyed receiving it.

I have been using this storage location for almost two years and every time I walk through the door I am greeted with a smile. The facility is impeccable and the Manager, Anastasia, is a breath of fresh air. This facility is by far the best storage center I have ever used.

This location has excellent customer service. The General Manager, Anastasia was approachable, able to answer all of my questions, was friendly and helpful throughout my stay at the location. My storage unit was clean and the facility was impeccable. I highly recommend this CubeSmart.

We had the pleasure of choosing our frame style, filling and fabric for two stunning and comfortable sofas that were in our home as promised in 6 weeks start to finish.

I have had a storage unit at this CubeSmart location for over 2 years. I signed my lease in 2017 with Shemeka - I hope she has since been promoted b/c she is AMAZING! I was making a very last-minute, temporary move out-of-state, & she was a lifesaver. ABOVE & BEYOND! On one occasion, I accidentally left something outside of my unit. Jason offered to store it for me in the office storage closet until I was back in town - Sure enough, 3 months later, it was there waiting for me! Above & beyond! I recently made the decision to start the process of emptying out my space, and Anastasia and Miranda could not have been more helpful - Even thinking to deactivate my autopay so they could accurately charge my card a per diem amount once the unit was cleared! I fully expected to simply pay the monthly rent up front and receive a credit for the pro-rated balance afterwards. Above and beyond! I have had nothing short of exceptional experiences with every single person at this facility. They are the reason I continued to store at this facility after moving to Michigan, then Hershey, PA, and even after moving back to the area. Oh, and by the way, after 2 1/2 years of sitting in a storage unit, not even a spec of dust on anything!
