Pauline is the most amazing real estate agent we could have hoped for as first time home buyers. We always thought that with a lower budget as first timers, that we would be a second thought for a realtor, but that was so far from what happened! Pauline sat down with us at the beginning to make sure we had a good understanding of the process and answered all of our many questions along the way. We saw and offered on a lot of houses with this market and we never felt rushed or forced. She always had great advice and such a positive attitude that really got us through the frustrations of this market. At the end of the day what really stands out to us is how much she genuinely cares. We never once felt like we were just another client. It truely felt like she cared, wanted us to succeed and to get a house that would fit our life.
