  Did a wonderful job on my great Dane. Had to drive outside my city as they don't do large dogs like mine locally. Her incision was perfect and hardly noticed one. I had to message them the next day as she wasn't eating and they showed much concern and gave me advice. I got her to eat luckily and messaged them right away. We both were releaved. Very happy with them and my experience was more then I could ask for. My girl healed nicely and doesn't even look like she was spayed. Definitely recommend them as I was quoted over 1,000 to do a
  mature dog and it only cost me 245 for her. I believe in spaying after 2 years and most vets should support this. I'm very fortunate for a program like Welland SPCA spay neuter clinic!

  I learned via Facebook that they were holding a nail trimming ($20) and microchipping event. I live close by so it was the perfect opportunity as my dog was desperately needing his nails clipped.
  
  I was concerned I would be waiting a long time out in the heat, but there was no line when we got there and we were able to go right in.
  
  The staff was super friendly and it seemed very clean inside. My cat was brought in eight years ago to be spayed and the receptionist gladly looked up our records from back then and was able to tell me my cats birthday.
  
  I would definitely return if they decided to host another nail trimming event at this.

  I was super nervous about getting my dog neutered , someone recommended the clinic and decided to look into it. I was a worried momma but all the ladies at the office answered all my email questions ( I am sure I was driving them nutty ) They took such good care of my Brodie from drop off to when he was there for his surgery to pick up. Everyone was extremely helpful and super friendly. I would highly recommend!

  I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Spay and Neuter Clinic, and I am absolutely thrilled with the level of care and service provided. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I had chosen the right place for my pet.
  
  First and foremost, the staff at the clinic are outstanding. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to the well-being of the animals in their care. They took the time to answer all of my questions, address my concerns, and provide me with valuable information about the procedure. Their expertise and professionalism put me at ease, and I felt confident that my pet was in safe hands.
  
  The clinic itself is clean, well-maintained, and organized. The waiting area was comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The attention to detail in maintaining a sanitary environment was impressive and gave me peace of mind.
  
  The surgical team was exceptional. They handled my pet with utmost care and ensured that the procedure was carried out efficiently and effectively. Their expertise and precision were evident throughout the entire process, and I was kept informed every step of the way. The level of communication provided by the team was exceptional, which further demonstrated their commitment to transparency and building trust with their clients.

  The staff here were so kind to my dog and myself. They took the time to explain post surgery information for us and the cost is so much better then what I would have paid. Roxy is recovering nicely.
