We made the drive to Welland because they’re the only place that had the baseball glove we needed. The nicest and kindest staff, they took the time to help us, put the glove in the steamer and made sure everything was in good shape. Worth the drive and I would happily drive there again because it’s clear they care about their customers.

I just wanted to say Thank you to the team at Buckners Welland for going above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. Matt, Wendy and Dean took the time and effort to pick skates, heat them, allow my kids to try them on, not like the fit and then start all over again. It’s hard to find outstanding customer service these days, so kudos to Buckners for believing in providing the right experience to their customers!

I've been looking at a bicycle at the Dunnville store for over a year. On Friday I called the Port Colborne store to see what they had in stock. They didn't have what I was looking for but they offered to bring the bike I'd been looking at in Dunnville to their Welland store, for a no obligations look-see. I went and was soon the owner of a new Norco Scene 3! Great customer service. I love my new bike!
