Purchased a used vehicle and I live 5 hours away from Welland and I wanted to ensure everything was in good order. The salesman was friendly and welcoming, all questions were answered promptly via email or telephone and all concerns were addressed before I picked up the vehicle. No hidden fees, no getting the run around and jumping through hoops to come to a price. Extremely fair pricing when comparing what else was out there in the market. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was cleaner than described. I had an issue arise with the vehicle 2 months later and I called the dealer to address it expecting them to brush it off and take no responsibility. Boy was I ever surprised!!! The used car manager was extremely personable and exceeded my expectations with addressing the problem. Gave me several options, was quick with responses and true to his word! They stood behind their product and I would highly recommend!

I had an engine light come on and found out the cadallic converter needs to be replaced and asked Bonnie to hold off on the ordering unit as my finances are a little low, but would be letting her know when she can order the part.
Everything else was great. -

He put up with my monthly messages and kept me up to date! I picked up the car today and i love it! this is the 3rd car ive purchased from there and ive never had any issues, and always got the most excellent service from front desk, to sales to parts and service! 10/10 would recommend!
