  Just stopped in for the first time. Great store! Lots of great natural products, super friendly and welcoming. The prices were great too! I'll definitely be back!

  I do not usually write reviews but I felt I needed to take the time and write one for your employee Lorna. I have a new puppy and came in the store with many questions as we have not had a puppy in ten years. She was so knowledgable and very patient with all the questions I had for her. What an asset to your team!

  I was blown away by the kindness shown at this store. They were very helpful to all customers and even put on a mask when they saw my son and I had ours on. It took us a while to pick out what we wanted and they were very patient with us. We saw them help customers carry items to their cars while we found our items. There was even a price mix-up and they gave us the lower price. The homemade dog cookies are also super cute! I'm definitely making a point to go here when I need pet supplies, I hope you'll check out this store too!

  Great location, great store (clean, bright, organized). We buy our Back2Raw food here and have been doing so for 18 months or so.
  
  Hope everyone is ok as I noticed the temp closure today (8/17) when I stopped by to pick up some more food for our pup.

  An amazing place..... While my daughter was in the medical walk in a few doors down a man came out to our car and gave our dog Copper a treat. We always wanted to check out the St. Catherines location but now that we found it local we will be back. The treats.... Well the treats looked amazing. We picked up some treats including Sweet Paws Bakery Peanut Butter Bark Bites which according to him they are very edible for humans. I couldn't resist and YUM.
