Have always enjoyed a walk thru of Thomas'. Been a periodic customer for many years. Also, very much enjoy chatting audio with Tom. Very nice guy with his head on straight. Nothing pretentious there at all.

Installation of an expensive upgrade was done professionally. Jordan was especially dedicated to making the system function properly. Kudos to everyone.

My first and only choice!

My family has been dealing with Thomas TV since Mr. Thomas ran a small sales and service store on the Market Square in Welland. Over the years as televisions and equipment became more sophisticated I continued to purchase and receive advise from the Thomas family. I moved out of Welland several years ago but Thomas continues to be my go-to store for big TV and sound equipment sales and installation. Over the past fifteen years I have renovated two houses most recently in Burlington with quality TV and audio home entertainment systems. On both occasions I went to Thomas. On several occasions I've called with questions and always someone was available to help. This past week a key component expired. My first and only inclination was to call Thomas and I spoke with Tyler Thomas. With the entire supply chain in disarray because of Covid-19 and shortages and unavailable components it is a tough market. Tyler has been working for the past few days to secure options for me. After discussing the various options a decision has been made, arrangements will be made, and Thomas service people will be coming to Burlington to install the new component. Knowledgeable, professional, personal sales and service is what Thomas is all about. Thank you to Tyler and all the supporting cast at Thomas TV Sales and Service for caring and be there.

After many years of enjoying my Yamaha receiver, it was finally time to upgrade to a new updated receiver. I couldn't think of any other place i'd want to go, other than THOMAS TV. I've dealt with the Thomas family in the past, just as my family has. And not only do i Love the idea of supporting local business. But i feel this area is truly blessed to have such an awesome family to deal with that owns this business. They are all the most absolute nicest, & very respectable people you'll ever meet. And they have such a calm, relaxed no pressure environment. And always extremely patient & ready and willing to help with all the new and advanced technology that's here now. I like how all the staff are very knowledgeable, over and above what you'd get anywhere else. And if they don't know, which is rare, they will find out for you. When i very recently purchased another Yamaha A/V receiver, Tyler went over and beyond just being there for me when i needed him for Tech. support. Tyler really knows this stuff inside and out. And not only helped me with many ideas and layouts for my home theater room. But was very patiently there for me when i needed him most with the set-up and some hook-ups of my new A/V receiver and all the unfamiliar technology that comes with it. You just don't get this awesome level of tech. help and great customer service anywhere else. Whether it was in their store or over the phone, Tyler and staff spent literally hours helping me out with many things. I can't say enough good things about Tyler and all the staff at THOMAS TV. They have always carried only the highest & best quality of products, and their prices are more than competitive. And the bonus is when you buy here not only do you get top notch professional service and tech. support. But you're helping to support a legendary, local family owned business. That i truly hope is always here in Welland. Because you just can't find this level of sincere customer care anywhere anymore.
