I have known Ramzi and Shannon for 5+ years. They are both smart, generous, kind, have a great sense of humour, and are customer service oriented. Give them a chance and they will impress you, I can’t recommend them enough! The Acuvue Oasis contacts with Hydraclear plus are the best, they don’t hurt your eyes at all and it allows for Oxygen to get through to your eyes and breathe. Make sure to always clean your contacts everyday, don’t sleep with them, and wear glasses as well to protect your eyes *”

“TWO STARS NOW. Following hospitalization, a misunderstanding, admittedly on my part, resulted & I was cut from the Sunday Subscription Church list. I have not had a ride to and from Church since last May; whenever I call I'm told they can't find anything for me. In the sunshine, I took to riding on my own so happy for the opportunity! But since October, it has rained & over time, chilled. I still am in and out of hospital like many others. And like others with compromised health, 25 mn. each way, in a power chair, at 64 yrs old, in the cold rain? Gosh, not long ago that would have been a delight! Worship in community is the crux of my soul. I miss them. They matter to me. Now, it is winter. I am bewildered & saddened.”

Then the wonderful ladies in the optical were also very informative in explaining different lens choices and took the time to describe how they differed from big box stores, which I didn't even realize there was a difference until now. They were also reasonably priced for a small independent shop and it felt great supporting this local business after the wonderful service I received. Whats most impressive was that even though they are an small business, they were able to get me a new pair of driving glasses the same day! I've also been a client for at least 10 years since moving to Welland, and have always been treated in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. I was in recently, and the young male pharmacist that assisted me, was very helpful and attentive. I have absolutely no complaints. Perhaps the people who are not happy with the way they think they are treated, should be aware of how they themselves behave towards the staff! No one is perfect, and the stress caused by the present conditions ie Covid 19, seems to bring the nasties come to surface. I didn't give a five score because it's a rarity that anything is 100%, but as far as I'm concerned the service is pretty good!”
