“After having a few contractors “drop the ball” I searched for a company to have my central Air Conditioning addressed. We had sticky air in our home. I knew we had a leak or failure. I called Evans. The lady who answered the phone was pleasant. She advised that a technician would come out for a fee. I said OK. By the way … their email and text messaging system is phenomenal. Technology is important but personal attention is crucial! Chris Vocal showed up. 10/10. I can’t say anything else. The guy is a legend! Knew his craft, showed me !!! (Very important) … closed me! On install day this morning 6/14 Kameron Jacobi and Craig showed up … on time .. again 10/10. These guys were at my place from 8:50-13:00. Clean, professional and personable. I highly recommend this company and if you’re lucky you’ll get one or two or three of these guys. The perfect Trifecta. Thanks Guys and Gal. Great experience. But his best quality is his honesty and the commitment of "a deal is a deal". He would not quote you a price and threw you a surprised bill two third into a job, holding you hostage. Any additional charge, he would clear with us and get a sign off. To him, it's about making customer happy. If there is a problem, he would come back and fix it. To make a customer happy and get a referral is more satisfied to him than money.”
