“Great place beside the falls to take a walk. Trail leads into a flower garden which is always well maintained during the season. Paid parking is also available here however very limited due to lack of spots. Police station is close by so if you try to park without paying they are usually quick to jump on the opportunity. If you are visiting the falls I definitely recommend taking a stroll in the garden as it is very peaceful and calming. I always visit and park here whenever I visit. Definitely recommend”

Andrea is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to best practices for exercise post-partum and is there to support you on your fitness journey. The virtual classes are short (30/45 minutes) which makes them easy to squeeze in between baby naps. Better yet, almost all of the classes are suitable for baby wearing. While I've only attended virtual classes, it feels great to be a part of the Fitmom community and I'm looking forward to attending classes in person one day. The virtual coffee chats have provided really great insight on parenting and have been nice to join as another way to connect. So glad I found Fitmom Niagara!”
