“Extremely overpriced if you ask me. It's just a warehouse where they plywood framed up a bunch of units with wood doors. Kinda false advertising based on the pictures, it doesn't look like this at all. I still give 4 starts because they have cameras and the place is clean and not as bad as it first looks when you get over the initial shock of asking what the heck is this place. They should really be more affordable as there name suggests especially with the DIY units they have thrown up. A 25 to 30 percent reduction in price would fit the bill. Cheers.”

Unlike some builders/contractors, Shawn does not charge a mark up on materials and he would even work with our own vendors. But his best quality is his honesty and the commitment of "a deal is a deal". He would not quote you a price and threw you a surprised bill two third into a job, holding you hostage. Any additional charge, he would clear with us and get a sign off. To him, it's about making customer happy. If there is a problem, he would come back and fix it. To make a customer happy and get a referral is more satisfied to him than money.”
