“Great place to live! We have resided for a few years in this building. The management team is fantastic! Realstar would have to look far and wide to find anyone as competent and friendly as the managers Carolyn and Lorenz. COVID has made life a tad difficult for all in the community, but the managers have done their best to make our home safe and secure without making us feel that our freedoms have been restricted. Mind you, we will be happy to see life return to normal so we can once again enjoy the social activities that usually are a part of life in our building we like to call home. The residents are friendly, quiet and respectful of one another and the apartment building is kept well maintained and comfortable. Anyone fortunate enough to rent an apartment in this building will not regret the decision to do so. Call me a satisfied tenant.. S. E. Byrnes”

“Dr. Mactavish has been my family doctor for many years, and every year I like her more. She takes time with each of her patients and makes them feel acknowledged and heard, and on many occasions she has gone out of her way to make her patients feel cared for. Sure you might have to wait a while before your appointment, but you will be met with a kind smile and demeanor and never feel rushed out of the office. I've had panic/anxiety issues for for many years, to the point that the thought of taking anxiety medication made me too anxious to do so. Dr. Mactavish has made me feel so assured that finally I am taking the medications that I need and am feeling much better for it. If it wasn't for her kindness and her genuine caring for each of her patients I wouldn't be where I am today. I just wanted to give a shout out to the best dr I've ever had! (Oh, and did I mention I moved out of Niagara and will make the 4hr commute there and back just to see her for an appointment??? Yes, she is that good.) 10/10 would recommend”

“Dr. Kadri is by far the BEST DENTIST IN WINDSOR! I have followed him to multiple locations after many poor experiences with other dental offices. Happy to see him opening his very own office! I can’t say enough good things... He treats every patient like family and does personal follow ups and even makes sure your not overcharged! Seriously who does that?! He never makes you feel embarrassed about your smile... and mine was pretty bad. Rather than pulling more teeth he has helped me save what I left. I can smile again! He’s even got my husband going back to the dentist again! We are both no longer in any pain and look forward to the end results. We are also discussing implant options for my spaces to stop my gums from reseeding any more. It’s so nice having found a young dentist that is on top of new technology so you can rest assured that your entire family is in good hands for the long run. Thank you Dr Kadri!! It was a great experience, including easy forms that can be filled out online and text reminders for my appointment. The facility is brand new and attached to the Banwell Pharmacy Entrance. I had originally scheduled an appointment for acupuncture as an adjunct therapy for minor back pain and the treatment was comprehensive and effective. Great conversation, atmosphere and music! “Great place, very clean, quick service. I've only been attending for a short time and I'm quite pleased with them. The Dr I see regularly is great and very professional. They have a blood lab on-site which is also phenomenal. I just wish they would answer the phone more often. I've spent days where I call in many times throughout the morning and afternoon and it's never answered. There was, I think, one day where the phone was answered. (I've been calling to confirm the lab's open hours but can't seem to get through, it goes to a recorded message asking to call back in 15 mins. I've also tried calling the lab's 800# but they're not better, cannot get an answer with them either).”
