(November 17, 2019, 3:19 pm)I've been banking in Las Vegas for 40 years, at many banks. The US Bank branch inside Albertsons at Ann & US95 is the best I've ever dealt with. Eddie is the branch manager and is very professional in his demeanor and customer service. Everyone there treats me like they really 'care' about me and my business. As the old line from an old TV show goes "...where everybody knows my name." How do you top to that!? I'll be at that branch as long as Eddie, Taylor and the 'crew' are there... Good job guys-n-gals!

They are open 7 days a week, The service is excellent and all my concerns, questions, and transactions are addressed professionally with confidence from the bank tellers. I look forward to interacting with the knowledgable bankers. Each and every time I've been greeted professionally and every transaction was ACCURATE.
