I was very worried about approaching them because nobody likes to be blamed for anything but I couldn't be happier with the end result. Chris was nothing but professional and courtious. He was more concerned about my personal well being than my own wife was! The mishap was so very minor I was almost embarrassed to approach them. If Chris is the standard for how this company operates, then I would recommend them any day! A shipping company doesn't own 40 or more trucks by being second rate!
